The NEW and improved JDC Skywatch Wind Warning System was developed for the protection of individuals and assets that may be subject to strong damaging winds. It consists of two parts:
1. A display unit showing the wind force, with 4 programmable warning thresholds (2 minimum and 2 maximum).
2. A multidirectional turbine (wind sensor) enabling measurement of the wind in the horizontal plane and in the vertical. The turbine sends its signal magnetically to a transducer located at the end of the cable connected to the display. This style of transmission simplifies the installation process.
The WWS is available in three kits:
- Kit1: Display and wind sensor with 15m cable
- Kit2: Display with external alarm interface, wind sensor and 15m cable
- Kit3: Display with external alarm interface in a waterproof case, wind sensor,15m cable and external power supply. | |
