The innovative "safety turbine" is a single injection moulding of 6 aerofoil blades protected by an outer ring (turbine diameter of 510mm). It has stainless steel fasteners and marine grade materials.

With a compact turning radius of just 225mm, this can be a great advantage when space is at a premium. At only 3.5kg the Rutland 504 is very lightweight.
