 | Make sure the wind cups are pushed all the up on the shaft. Sometimes the wind cups "stick" about half way up and you might think that they are all the way up on the shaft. Give them an extra hard push and make sure. If they are all the way up on the shaft when you tighten the set screw the Allen wrench should be right up against the drip ring.  |
