 | The only device affected by altitude is the barometric pressure sensor. When power is first applied to the weather station it will display atmospheric pressure. The user must then enter the current local barometric pressure and thereby give the sensor the offset created by altitude. Whenever the station is relocated at a different altitude or re-powered the current local barometric pressure must be entered. The pressure sensor will operate at altitudes up to 12,000 feet. |
