 | The units for each parameter are held in the USER.INI file and can be altered if required. The USER.INI as is located in the directory in which the WeatherView software has been installed. Each data parameter (i.e Temperature) has a separate entry in the USER.INI file: <Actinic:Variable Name = 'TEMPERATURE'/> FORMAT=NN.N UNITS=F Y_MIN=-10 Y_MAX=30 Y_STEP=5 METER_TITLE=Temp ;convert can be:- ;NONE - no conversion. ;C_TO_F - input is degrees C, display is degrees F. CONVERT=C_TO_F The entry UNITS= refer to the label displayed on screen associated with that parameter and should be edited to reflect the units chosen. Please note this is only a text label. The entry CONVERT= reflects the actual units to be converted. Each parameter has a set of appropriate units for which conversion is possible. Only these units can be used. Note: The instructions above only apply to WeatherView Standard and Enhanced versions. The latest version, WeatherView 2001 has a menu option to change units built in to the software.  |
