OMC-603 Solar Radiation Sensor

The sensor incorporates a thermopile comprising 64 elements. For protection against atmospheric influences, this thermopile is mounted under glass domes.
A second hemisphere blocks the radiation exchanged between the thermopile and the outer dome, whereby a marked increase in stability is achieved. A white lacquered screen prevents the mounting from being over heated.
An easily removable drying cartridge is incorporated in the cylindrical housing in order to keep the air under the glass domes free from moisture. The base of the instrument is provided with a spirit level for placing the sensor exactly horizontally.
Individually calibrated a certificate stating the sensitivity is supplied with each instrument.
