Each wind master is wind tunnel tested to provide optimum performance. The instrument is available with a 20Hz data output rate with an option to increase to 32Hz. The wind master can measure wind speeds up to 45m/s, its software and electronics have been enhanced to provide improved vertical (W) resolution and SOS accuracy. The new designed electronics has facilitated a reduction in power consumption to 30mA at 12v DC, an advantage when used on power sensitive sites. The sensor is constructed in aluminium/carbon fibre and is calibrated in accordance to ISO 16622 and traceable to national standards. | |
