Samsung smartphones with Android 10 and above appear to experience Bluetooth stack-corruption issues when interacting with ‘Bluetooth-low-energy’ (BLE) profile devices such as the JDC Skywatch BL anemometer.
One workaround for this issue is to stop the Skywatch BL app, manually ‘forget’ the Skywatch device and re-start the app. A complete restart of your smartphone may be required.
This is a known problem which has been discussed at length in many BLE-device developer forms but unfortunately, to-date, Samsung has not provided a software patch to correct the issue.

Skywatch BL products are fully compliant BLE devices so unfortunately only Samsung can provide assistance in the case of compatibility issues.
